I'm Anastasia

Anastasia is a fully qualified massage therapist from Poland with seven years of professional experience, including working in spas and hotels. She specialises in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Relaxing Massage, Reiki, and Aromatherapy Massage, using organic oils to create a soothing and personalised experience.

Passionate about helping others, Anastasia loves connecting with people, creating positive energy, and helping clients feel relaxed, refreshed, and cared for. Massage has been a life-changing career for her, allowing her to grow personally while making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Outside of massage, Anastasia enjoys travelling, yoga, dancing, jogging, going to the gym, cooking, and discovering great food and wine. She also loves animals and shares her home with her tuxedo cat. Alongside her massage career, she is developing her own digital marketing project.

Anastasia dreams of travelling around the world, with Japan and China among her next destinations. Her positive attitude, experience, and passion for wellness make every treatment an opportunity to help clients enjoy a little time for themselves.
