Refund Policy

At Angle Hand Massage, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and satisfaction. We understand that occasionally circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the massage service received, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
    • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, but we will assess each situation individually.
  • Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been provided, except in cases where the service was grossly misrepresented or not delivered as promised.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with your name, appointment date, and reason for requesting a refund.
  • Our management team will review your request and respond to you within business days.
  • If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method or via an alternative method agreed upon between both parties.

Exceptions:

  • Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the service was grossly misrepresented or not delivered as promised.
